GRX Arts, Beats and Tech is a creative collaboration application for desktop and virtual reality with the purpose of enriching educational goals as embodied by STEAM through the production of music and spoken word. Our platform is aimed at students of all ages.

Information You Provide to Us
Users are not required to create an account or actively provide any personal information in order to participate in our App and VR experience.
If you find a bug and use the reporting form provided, we will ask that you provide an email address by which we can contact you in response and some information about the bug or problem you encountered. We will use the email provided to respond once to your inquiry and then delete it, and any personal information you provided. We also delete all bug reports once a month.
Students and teachers can register accounts on our website by selecting a participating school. Teachers are asked to provide a full name, user name, and email address.
Students provide a full name, gender, birthdate, username and email address.
Users creating an account via the website must be approved by a teacher at the listed school.

When creating music in the app, you will be able to record your voice. All voice recordings are saved locally to your computer and will not be uploaded or stored on a server.

When you download, access, and use the App, it uses technology to automatically collect certain information about your equipment and browsing actions:
Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including logs, communication data, and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
Device Information. We collect information about your device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.
Location Information. This App does not collect real-time information about the location of your device.

Game Analytics: To collect session count, session length, playtime and daily active users. Game Analytics does not collect any personal information about you.

You can review your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure.
